We have identified a few issues that are affecting some customers since the upgrade on Wednesday 6th December. Details are below:
Unable to See My Account
Some customers have reported being unable to view the My Account section of the Betfair site. Our downloadable guide http://content.betfair.com/images/en_GB ... .pdfshould

Security Alert Pop Up ? My Account
When visiting the My Account section for the first time some customers are shown a ?Security Alert? pop up three times. We are working to address this issue and customers should simply click ?yes? to access this section.
Pop Up Blockers
Some customers are having problems with pop up blockers when trying to access the Poker, Games and Casino sites from the integrated homepage. This can be solved by disabling such applications for Betfair sites.
We would like to apologise for any inconvenience these may cause and would like to assure you that we are working to resolve them all at the earliest possible opportunity.

We are aware that certain users have recently been receiving an intermittent error message when trying to post in the forum, stating that their posting privileges have been revoked or that they are in a read-only forum, when this is not actually the case.
We are also aware that the forum is not operating in a stable manner including many messages not being posted or not appearing in time order.
We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and would like to assure you that our engineering team are working to resolve them these issues at the earliest possible opportunity.
