Frenzino vei rahat sääntörikkomuksen vuoksi?

Pitää kysyä viisaammilta, että mitä voisi tehdä vai voiko tätä tilannetta enää pelastaa. Olen tehnyt Frenzinolle pelitilin ja tallettanut 100€. En ottanut bonusta, eli pelailin muutamat pöytätennisvedot ja saldo oli lopulta 697€. Ei iso summa monelle, mutta itselle iso apu elämiseen.

Vahvistin pelitilin onnistuneesti ja tein kotiutuspyynnön koko summasta. Peruivat noston ja vastasivat näin:

He siis pidättivät kaikki voitot tililtä (jättivät alkuperäisen talletuksen 100€) ja vetoavat johonkin sääntörikkomukseen. Olen pelannut ainoastaan iPhonella Safarin kautta ja dokumentit latasin läppäriä käyttäen (koska en saanut lisättyä tiedostoja puhelimen avulla). En siis ymmärrä mitä sääntöä olen rikkonut, mutta asiakaspalvelun mukaan mitään ei ole tehtävissä.

Osaako kukaan viisaampi / kokeneempi vedonlyöjä auttaa? Voinko valittaa asiasta johonkin? Lafka toimii Curacaon lisenssillä ja itsellä ei ole aikaisempaa kokemusta valitusten tekemisestä.
